iOS 6.1.3 ist da! – Jailbreaker, Finger weg!
Nachdem Apple genau vor einem Monat iOS 6.1.2 veröffentlicht hat ist jetzt seit wenigen Minuten iOS 6.1.3 für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich.
Ganz wichtig, wer bereits einen Jailbreak auf seinem iDevice hat oder in Zukunft noch vor hat sein iDevice einem Jailbreak zu unterziehen sollte wegen den hier genannten Gründen auf keinen Fall das OS aktualisieren. Da man danach nicht wieder “downgraden” kann.
Für alle die mit dem Jailbreak nichts am Hut haben wird das Update natürlich empfohlen. iOS 6.1.3 kann wie immer als Over the Air-Update direkt am iDevice geladen werden, welches knappe 20 MB groß sein dürfte.

Auch Apple TVs erhalten iOS Update + Downloadlinks für (iOS 5.2.1 & iOS 6.1.3)
Neben dem gerade veröffentlichtem iOS 6.1.3 für aktuelle iDevices wurde soeben auch eine aktualisierte iOS-Version für das Apple TV 2 & 3 veröffentlicht.
Die Set-Top-Boxen können jetzt nämlich auf iOS 5.2.1 “aufgefrischt” werden. Was dort neu ist, ist uns aktuell noch nicht klar, aber solang man keinen Jailbreak (geht sowieso nur auf dem Apple TV 2) auf seinem Gerät hat schadet das Update sicherlich nicht.
